Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after order confirmation. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods, sales, festivals, holidays, or due to unexpected delays.

Shipping Time

After the order is shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas, non-serviceable pin codes, weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

In some cases, Mishri may offer free shipping, promotional shipping, or special shipping offers depending on ongoing campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your order tracking page.

Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly and remain available at the delivery address during the expected delivery period.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once, depending on their policy. If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to delivery calls, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, Mishri will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete customer details.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details while placing an order, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete address

  • Correct pin code

  • Active mobile number

  • Alternate contact details, if needed

Mishri will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay, or return due to incorrect address, wrong pin code, incomplete details, or unreachable phone number.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.

Please pay only the amount shown on your order confirmation or website invoice. Do not pay any extra charges to the delivery partner unless officially mentioned by Mishri.

Delayed Delivery

While we try our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, high order volume, or other unavoidable reasons.

If your order is delayed, you can contact our support team with your order details.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product photos and an unboxing video for verification.

Once verified, we will help you with a suitable resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Non-Serviceable Locations

Some locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, we may cancel the order and process a refund if payment has already been made.
