Cancellation Policy

At Mishri, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation only before the order has been shipped or dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may follow our Return & Refund Policy if the product is eligible for return.

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Email address used while placing the order

  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests will be reviewed by our team and confirmed only if the order has not been processed for dispatch.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund will be applicable as no payment has been collected.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, Mishri may not be able to cancel it.

If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery order eligibility may be affected.

Cancellation by Mishri

Mishri reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Payment failure or payment verification issue

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details

  • Delivery location is not serviceable

  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk order activity

  • Any technical error or unavoidable issue

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Mishri, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved refund method.

Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

For approved prepaid cancellations, refunds are usually processed within 6 to 7 working days.

Please note that bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.

Change of Order Details

Once an order is placed, changes to product, quantity, address, or contact details may not always be possible.

Customers are advised to check all details carefully before placing the order. For urgent changes, please contact our support team immediately.
