Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, missing, or wrong product claims, we may request a clear unboxing video or product photos for verification. This helps us resolve your issue quickly and fairly.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • Return request is raised after the eligible time period.

  • Product damage occurs due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Personal care, hygiene, or innerwear products once opened or used.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and verified by our team, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or provided through another approved refund method.

Refund Timeline

After approval, refunds are usually processed within 6 to 7 working days.

Please note that bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.

Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the issue reported.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product received from our side.
